Celebrating at the CLNM conference in Manchester
Posted 9th November 2023
The National House Project Conference hosted by the CLNM in Manchester was a great success. Five young people from our second cohort came to celebrate with us, and our Stockport CLNM rep Chloe, took to the stage and did us proud. The conference celebrated young people’s achievements and it was a chance for our Stockport & Tameside House Project rep Chloe to shine! This year’s theme was health and wellbeing, and our young people were involved in the planning and decorating of the Manchester stall. Music was the theme the young people chose as they said how beneficial it is for their mental health. All the young people’s efforts paid off and the stall looked fantastic, not only that, but we won the best stall at the conference for the second year running!!
We are really lucky that Chloe is staying in her role as our CLNM rep for another year and we are now in the process of electing another representative from our second cohort, we will be announcing who they are in the coming weeks, so watch this space!
